Titan Stadium - Nashville, TN  - July 7, 2007

On July 6, 2007, a dozen youth and adults from Agape piled into the church van and headed south. Destination - Nashville!

It was quite cozy, especially in the back seat ... and with NO AIR CONDITIONING!

 CozyZZZZ!

Over fifteen hours later we pulled into our hotel in Antioch, TN. The next day we were up bright and early and heading for Titan Stadium for The Call. The Call is a national movement in the U.S. of prayer and fasting on a massive scale.

Here is one of the publicity posters:

The sense of anticipation was tangible in the atmosphere and you could tell that people are hungry for God and for His people to return to Him.

Waiting

We waited patiently outside the stadium for nearly two hours because we had heard rumors that 250,000+ people had registered and the stadium only holds around 75,000 people. Fortunately that number was a bit exaggerated.

Finally the gates were opened and a tidal wave of humanity poured into the stadium. It is difficult to describe the experience of 75,000+ people worshipping together with their whole hearts, crying out to God. Here are a few pictures of the stadium.

A cry for life!
